The HMGWin-2 software is a convenient and simple package for analysing and archiving curves and logs which have been recorded using the HMG 4000, or for exporting the data for integration into other PC programs, if required.
It is also possible to operate the HMG 4000 directly from the computer, to undertake basic settings, and to start measurements online and display them directly on the PC screen, e.g. as measurement curve progressions.

Ethernet and BroadR-Reach® connectivity is available both for the customer application and download and debugging purposes. The majority of run-time tests that is needed to achieve the diagnostic coverage required for SIL 2 / PL d / AgPL d / ASIL C is performed in hardware by the dual-core lockstep CPU and its safety companion. CMWIN PC-Software

This software has been developed especially for Condition Monitoring applications.

Additional to the HMGWIN 3000 functions, this software enables the reading out of measured values and configuration and setting up of

Condition Monitoring Sensors (HLB 1300, AS 1000, AS3000, CS 1000) as well as
Condition Monitoring Devices (CMU 1000, CSI-F-10).

Included in the CMWIN PC-Software, is an IEC 61131 standard programming environment, enabling the development and commissioning of application programs for the CMU 1000 und CSI-F-10.

There are different versions of the CMU firmware. A version V01.xx CMU can only be upgraded with the version beginning with V01 and a version V02.xx CMU, can only be upgraded with the version beginning with V02.

If a HYDAC Measuring instrument is being connected for the first time with the PC via USB, then you must first install the USB driver.

Pressure and Pressure/Temperature Sensors HDA 4000 and HDA 7000 with CAN Interface

Pressure and pressure/temperature transmitters HDA 4000 and HDA 7000 with CAN interface meet the CANopen standards, J1939 or CANopen Safety according to defined profiles and requirements.

The EDS (electronic datasheet) contains all information on the measuring system-specific parameters, the measuring system’s operating modes as well as a protocol description. The EDS file is integrated using the CANopen network configuration tool for proper configuration or setup of the measuring system to correctly configure or operate the measuring system.

The operation manual for the CAN interface describes the functions supported by the corresponding sensor. A basic knowledge of CAN, CANopen, CANopen Safety and J1939 is assumed.

The Linear Transducer HLT 1100 with CANopen Interface complies with the CANopen Standard according to the defined profiles and standards.

The EDS file (electronic data sheet) contains all the information on the parameters specific to the measurement system as well as the types of operation of the measurement system. The EDS file is integrated using the CANopen network configuration tool in order to be able to configure or operate the measurement system properly.
